Although it might feel like summer is here (because the semester is finally over), we still have about six weeks until the season’s official arrival, so spring is in full-swing. Here are some spring essentials to get you through the wet and unpredictable days in style. And, almost everything on this list is under $50!

I tend to think that most people have a lot of transitional pieces that easily take them through the spring season, so a major shopping spree isn’t necessary. Instead, investing in a few key pieces can set you up for style success.

Now on to my favorite things – bags and shoes! Last but definitely not least, is a great jean jacket ($35). It’s easy to toss this on and know you’ll still be warm and stylish. Old Navy is always my first stop when I need things like this, and they have tons of choices. I like to stick with white because it pairs easily with any type of jeans and works well with dresses, especially the t-shirt dress shown above!
