We attended a beautiful winter wedding for a family friend but it was freezing and snowy outside, so I needed something warm and stylish. This dress is perfect. I’m thinking about doing a Valentine’s Day post with it as a date night option.

I was in Chicago for about two weeks and I’m telling you, it was SO hard to look cute in sub-zero temps, but I tried. Statement necklaces do wonders with sweaters, right?!

I was so happy to get back to the milder temps in VA, even if it was a wet sloppy mess outside.

But, coming back from break meant I had to get back to work, even if it was a slower schedule. I love mixing leopard with gingham prints!

Casual Friday’s really make me happy. I wore this to a lunch date and a few informal meetings before putting on my “weekend uniform” for the next two days.
