The beginning of the new year is officially over so that means we can all get back to setting realistic goals and giving ourselves some grace (if you’ haven’t been already). Goal setting can be extremely overwhelming, but it is a key to success when done correctly. I set daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
